Discovery West and Humane Society of Central Oregon are pleased to invite you to Bend’s Tour of { Dog } Homes taking place July 2023. The Discovery West neighborhood located on Bend’s west side is pleased to introduce the Strada collection of custom homesites now available to the public. To celebrate this new homesite release, 7 members of the Discovery West Builder’s Guild are each building a custom luxury doghouse that will be auctioned off to benefit the Humane Society of Central Oregon. These talented craftsmen will showcase their unique building skills and demonstrate the architectural diversity found in the neighborhood. And your pooch will definitely want one!
The doghouses will be unveiled at the first weekend of the COBA Tour of Homes and the online auction will begin on July 14 and end promptly at 5:45 pm July 20, 2023. See the Tour of { Dog } Homes event on Thursday, July 20th in the Discovery West neighborhood, from 4:30 – 6pm. The public (and their canine companions) are welcome to attend and view the doghouses first hand and enjoy refreshments and activities brought to you by the Humane Society of Central Oregon. Guests may vote for the “Canine’s Choice Award” and Skipper, the Discovery West Spokesdog will also be there! Location is on NW Crossing/Crosby Drives, directly across from Pacific Crest Middle School.
